When viewing the Cost or Performance Reports by subcategory, you may choose to show subtotals for
each category. When showing category subtotals, the data will be grouped by category. When sorting
by different columns, the data will first be sorted by category subtotal, then for the subcategories
within the category. If you want to sort subcategories across categories, then you should hide subtotals.
